I would like to highly recommend Lana who has sorted out my missing order with intelligence and politeness I had previously spoken to a few other customer service people but was still getting nowhere with the lost order which was very frustrating until Lana phoned and I have every faith in her that this matter has been fixed

Apart from a couple of screws and washers missing top quality products and even the graded furniture had little wrong with it, definitely use again

Never normally leave reviews - but felt compelled to. What an amazing company. What an amazing garden set. For the money it is amazing. Quality is first class. Delivery was on time with lots of communication. Delivery guys were great, so polite and helpful. Cannot recommend this company enough.

a little "hiccup" with my order delivery date but must admit was soon rectified by the company and explained the situation to me clearly, well mannered staff very informative, and i would use them again in the future.

I ordered an armchair and stool, as they were very good value, had great reviews and looked very stylish. However, I didn't measure properly and they were just too big for our space, so cancelled the order with 24 - 48 hrs. Furniture123 actioned it straight away, communication was clear and concise and my refund was received within 3 days of cancelling my order. Very impressed with their processes and customer service, will definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a chair from Furniture123, so far it’s been 8 days past the delivery date and nothing has been delivered nor has anyone contacted us.
I have tried to contact them, got a auto reply that someone will investigate and respond within 1 working day but this did not happen.

I used this company for a new computer on their sister site laptops123 and received a similar experience unfortunately so doesn’t look like a one off issue.

Another purchase from Furniture 123 and I am happy with look and quality of my new Safina ottoman bed but the assembly was a nightmare. The instructions were awful, no written detail just pictures. We had 3 people over 8 hours and got there in the end with help form you tube videos. Instructions need to be more detailed but all instructions are generally useless. It would be beneficial for the company to offer a paid assembly service.

Really friendly and brilliant service

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I was kept up to date for delivery and was able to follow it as it moved up the list. I was also called half an hour or so before delivery. The guys were great and took everything through to my back garden. Hubby built the set and and it was used that night.
We had a birthday bash last night and it was great. Plenty of room round the table for food and chat. Really pleased with the set. Have looked at other ones and this one definitely seems to be a lot better than some of the more expensive ones out there. Yeah, really chuffed with it and would have no hesitation to but something from your company again. Thank you ?
